The International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) World Finals in Rapid City during May 20-25, 2017 was a success.  Excellence in Computer Programming, Inc. is now focusing on the unique opportunity to champion improvement in the preparation of America's computer programmers necessary to address the challenges of our information world.  The hosting of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) has provided a jumpstart for the new American Coder Environment, an initiative and goal of ECP.
